These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not govern any engagement between you and Accorp PAC; an engagement is governed by the engagement letter signed for that work.

The information on this site

The content here describes our services in general terms. It is not professional advice, and it should not be relied on as advice for any particular situation. Your circumstances change the answer, which is why we scope engagements individually.

Where this site refers to Singapore statutory requirements — audit thresholds, tax filing obligations, work pass requirements — those requirements are set by ACRA, IRAS and the Ministry of Manpower respectively, and they change. We deliberately do not restate rates, thresholds or deadlines on this site. Always check the current position with the relevant authority, or ask us.

How services are delivered

Audit, corporate tax, accounting, transfer pricing and valuation are delivered by Accorp PAC. Some other services described on this site are delivered by specialist teams we work with. In every case, the engagement letter for a piece of work names the firm providing it, so you always know who you are contracting with.

Independence

As auditors we are subject to independence requirements. Certain combinations of services cannot be provided to the same client at the same time. Where that applies to you, we will say so before an engagement is agreed rather than afterwards.

Enquiries through this site

Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship, and does not oblige either of us to proceed. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the enquiry form. A client relationship begins when an engagement letter is signed.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, layout and the Accorp name and logo, belongs to Accorp PAC unless stated otherwise.
