Corporate tax services in Singapore

We prepare tax computations and supporting schedules for submission to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, monitor your filing deadlines, and deal with IRAS on your behalf.

Preparing a corporate tax computation

When you need this

Why it needs attention

Singapore tax law changes regularly, and the filing calendar is unforgiving. Companies most often come to us when:

  • A filing deadline is approaching and the computation is not started
  • IRAS has raised a query or an assessment that needs answering
  • The company has become more complex — new entities, cross-border transactions, withholding obligations
  • Nobody in the business is tracking which returns are due when

We do not restate rates or thresholds here, because they change. IRAS publishes the current position, and we work to it.

Scope

What we do

Corporate income tax compliance

Preparation and filing of the estimated chargeable income, the tax computation and Form C. We submit the finalised computation to you for agreement before anything goes to IRAS, and advise on payment dates once the Notice of Assessment arrives.

Deadline monitoring and updates

We track your statutory filing deadlines and tell you when a change in Singapore tax regulations — including Budget changes — affects your company or branch.

Tax provisions and reviews

Preparation or review of monthly and quarterly tax provision calculations, flagging issues identified along the way rather than at year end.

IRAS correspondence

We liaise with IRAS so each year of assessment is finalised properly, and assist with queries when they arise.

Individual income tax

Personal tax for employees moving into or out of Singapore, including short-term assignments and longer relocations.

GST

GST registration where you cross the threshold, and preparation of periodic returns. We confirm the current rate and registration threshold against IRAS at the time of filing.

What you can expect

How we work

  • Returns are prepared and submitted within the statutory timeline, not at the last moment.
  • You see the finalised computation and agree it before it reaches IRAS.
  • We tell you about changes in Singapore tax regulations that affect your company.
  • Where a position is uncertain, we say so rather than filing and hoping.

Common questions

Questions we are asked

The estimated chargeable income is an early estimate filed shortly after your financial year end. Form C, with the full tax computation, follows later. Both have their own deadlines, and we monitor each.

Yes — registration where you cross the threshold, and the periodic returns after that. The current rate and threshold are published by IRAS, and we confirm them at the time of filing rather than working from memory.

Yes. We assist with IRAS queries, including on returns we did not prepare. Send us the correspondence and the underlying computation and we will tell you what is being asked and what it will take to answer it.

Yes. Tax compliance and audit are separate engagements, and it is common for them to sit with different firms.

If you want a number rather than a conversation

Request a tax fee estimate

Tax compliance is priced on the number of entities, whether GST is in scope, and how much of the year is already behind you.

We do not publish fees. This asks for the inputs that determine one, so the figure we send reflects your circumstances rather than a headline rate.
