Audit and assurance
Accorp PAC is a public accounting firm registered with ACRA. We audit Singapore-incorporated companies — for statutory purposes, and where a lender, regulator or parent company requires it.
Corporate tax
We prepare tax computations and supporting schedules for submission to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, monitor your filing deadlines, and deal with IRAS on your behalf.
Accounting and bookkeeping
We keep the books, prepare the management accounts and produce financial statements that meet your reporting obligations to ACRA and IRAS — from dormant companies to businesses with complex transactions.
Company incorporation

Work passes and related passes
Several pass types exist for foreigners working in or relocating to Singapore, each with its own requirements and limitations. We handle the application end to end.

Pass types include the Employment Pass, Personalised Employment Pass, EntrePass and S Pass, with Dependant Passes and Long Term Visit Passes for family members. Requirements are set by the Ministry of Manpower and change from time to time, so we confirm the current position at the time of application rather than relying on general guidance.

Accorp PAC is a public accounting firm, and our specialist teams cover the services a company needs alongside an audit. You have one route in, and we are clear from the outset about the role we are taking on your engagement.
An auditor cannot audit accounts their own firm prepared, and certain combinations of services raise independence questions that have to be settled before an engagement starts rather than after. We will tell you which role we are taking, and where a combination is not available to you, we will say so.
