Accorp PAC (UEN 202225624K) is a public accounting firm registered in Singapore. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what we do with it. It is written in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

What this website collects

The enquiry form on this site asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number and your message. That is all it collects. This website does not ask for NRIC numbers, passport numbers, identity documents or financial records, and you should not send them through it.

Where you contact us about a specific service, the form records which page you were on, so that your enquiry reaches the right person.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, and to keep a record of that correspondence. We do not use enquiry details for marketing, and we do not sell or rent them.

Consent

The enquiry form requires you to confirm that we may use your details to respond. That consent covers responding to the enquiry itself. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing contact@accorp.com.sg.

Who sees it

Enquiries are sent to our own email address and recorded in a spreadsheet we control, so the enquiry is not lost if an email is missed. Access is limited to people at the firm who need it to respond.

We use a hosting provider and an email provider to operate this website. They process data on our behalf, and we do not authorise them to use it for their own purposes.

Client data held outside this website

Information you give us in the course of an engagement — accounting records, tax information, statutory documents — is held separately from this website and governed by your engagement letter with us, together with our professional obligations of confidentiality as auditors and accountants.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are needed for the purpose above, or as long as we are required to keep them. Where an enquiry does not become an engagement, it is deleted once it is no longer needed.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how pages are used. It records the pages visited and broad technical information about the device and browser. It is not used to identify you personally. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, and you may ask us to correct it. Write to contact@accorp.com.sg and we will respond within a reasonable time.
